Complaining pays!

I mentioned that I’d been left stranded by the AA for 3 hours in the pouring rain, and that sent out a 3rd party recovery truck?

Well, I put in an official complaint, got an apology and £25. The AA will still be crap though. But at least I know complaining kind of works.
